MADEIRA CAFFE, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 5 Shamble Lane, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 21.

And Lee's Kitchen, a takeaway at Unit 2 Gortmerron Link Road, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone was also given a score of four on April 21.
