“Officers would like to remind the young people involved of grave and potentially lethal consequences of throwing bricks at moving vehicles. Any of those engaged in such activity will face prosecution and those in the vicinity will have their details recorded and letters will be sent to their parents.

Police would appeal to parents to ensure they know the whereabouts of their children and to advise their children to refrain from gathering in large groups in these areas.”
