McGlaughlin's Coffee House, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 12 James Street, Loy, Cookstown, Co. Tyrone was given the score after assessment on April 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Mid Ulster's 233 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 184 (79%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
