Mountcharles at AVX, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 5 Hillmans Way, Coleraine, Londonderry was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on January 17.
And China Garden, a takeaway at 16-17 Ballymoney Centre, Ballymoney, Antrim was also given a score of three on January 17.
