New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Belfast’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Belfast’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Yummy Inn, at 333 Finaghy Road North, Belfast was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 11.

And Crumlin China, at 237-239 Crumlin Road, Belfast was given a score of one on April 11.

It means that of Belfast's 405 takeaways with ratings, 212 (52%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
