Stewartstown Harps GAC

THE clubs AGM will take place on Sunday 27th November at 3pm. It is hoped that as many people as possible will attend to hear the progress of the club through 2011 and also the plans for our centenary year 2012. If anyone has any nominations for any of the roles within the committee or if anyone has any motions they would like raised at the meeting, then forms are available on the club website.

These need to be completed and returned by 22nd of November in order to be discussed at the AGM.

Scor na nOg begins on November 4th. Anyone under the age of 17 who would like to represent the club in this year’s competition can put their names forward to Martin Campbell on 02887738140 or Steven Campbell on 02887738730. Scor is an important part in the GAA and it is hoped that the club will have a large representation at the event.

As ever, the club continue to be indebted to the many members of our main fundraising initiative, Club na Clairseacha. The set up at Mullaghmoyle is a testament to the generosity and hard work of our local community. This scheme is vital in the upkeep of the facilities and we would urge any member who is not a Club na Clairseacha member to please see any committee member and join the scheme. Thanks to all for your continued support.

Any business in the local area who would like an advertising board placed around the new field in 2012 can contact Sean Gallagher on 02887738366 or Damien McConville on 02887738311.
