Snooker league mourns passing of Hugh
The Ballymena and District Snooker League was saddened to learn of the death of Hugh Larkin last week.
Hugh was a stalwart of the league, playing for many years for the Parochial Club.
He had played for Minnesota Strikers in recent years and was still playing competitively up to the New Year.
“Hugh was well respected and always available for any player seeking advice on parts of their game,” said league secretary Trevor Alexander.
Sympathy is extended to Hugh’s family circle.
