After dropping out of the IFA Premier Division at the end of last season, this year has been a struggle for Bangor.

In their six games prior to last weekend they had only won only once, losing the other five games.

The previous encounter between the two clubs ended with a comfortable victory for the Roesiders with goals from David Patton and Ciaran Clarke.

Despite their struggles Roesiders manager Oran Kearney expects them to put up a good fight in this game.

Kearney told the Sentinel: "No matter if they are in bad form or not I still expect a tough game from them.

"They have plenty of players who have the ability to cause problems and we will have to be aware of that.

"At this stage of the season all the games are vital to us and we want to be winning them all to keep ourselves in contention.

"They don't really have as much to play for and sometimes that can make it harder for us to play against.

"We will be keeping fighting to the end of the season because we know Loughgall will drop points because of the fixture congestion.

"We have to make sure that we are still in the mix and to do that we must win games like this one.

"We will be looking after ourselves and if we do that then I'm expecting up to win this game," concluded Kearney.

Going into the game Gareth McConaghie will have returned to the squad last night (Tuesday) after serving a one game suspension.
