Rising tennis star on the path to glory

In just her third year of competition the Coleraine girl has just completed a treble of victories at various tournaments across Northern Ireland, competing against the best junior tennis players in the province.

This season Eva was crowned Under 16 champion and Under 18 runner up at the West Ulster tournament in Enniskillen.

She completed the feat at the County Antrim competition in Ballycastle.

And to round things off Eva won the Under 16 age group at the Ulster Junior Open in Belfast.

A pupil of coleraine high school, Eva has now been selected to the Ulster U18 junior tennis team to compete in the inter-provincial tournament next week, in Belfast.

This selection completes a rapid rise through the junior tennis ranking system, in the space of three years.
