Patterson siblings on top form at Firmus Energy Super 6 event
Up against quality competition, Charlie managed to secure a silver medal in the long jump, reaching 2.92 metres.
He followed this up with a speedy 13.68secs in the 80 metres, which saw him claim 12th place.

Hide AdKelly, who claimed 11th place overall, finished in or around the top 10 in three separate events. In the 100 metres, she crossed the line in 15.57 seconds, taking 9th.
She followed this up with a 5:56.02 (14th place) 1500 metres, before reaching 3.21 metres in the long jump.
Hill & Dale Series
Justin Maxwell, Phil Smyth and Catherine Mawell travelled to Castlewellan Country Park in County Down for the first race of this year’s Hill & Dale Series (5.5miles 1,080ft of ascent).
Justin claimed fifth (35:35), with Phil Smyth and Catherine Maxwell following in 54:39 (241st) and 55:35 (34th lady) respectively.

Hide AdAt Sunday’s Airtricity 10-Mile road race, Andy Guy performed to his usual high standard when he took a top 10 place, completing the 10 miles in 1:01:34 (10th place).
One of the club’s talented junior athletes and duathlon star, Callum Sittlington took part in the Lisburn Duathlon.
Callum completed the two-mile run, followed by a 10-mile cycle and a final two-mile run. in 59:32 (Race 1 – 1:03:56, Race 2 – 1:01:17). He was rewarded for his efforts with a well-deserved 24th place and second place in his male 16-19 category.
Larne-based North Belfast Harriers
David and Carol Clarke travelled Airtricity 10 mile road race on Sunday.

Hide AdDavid finished in 1:01:37 to secure 11th overall. He remains unbeaten in his category this season with five consecutive wins.
Carol finished in 1:22:23 to achieve a personal best for the distance by almost two minutes and secure 12th female overall and second in her category.
At the Larne parkrun, Nat Glenn was first to cross the line in 17:52. Greg Lavery clocked 18:15 and Janice Plumb ran 22:52.
