United hit Legion Wings for six


Larne Ladies’ Darts Legaue leaders United had another 6-2 win this week with T. Anderson-Pue registering a 28-dart game against Legion Wings.

St Comgall’s had a 6-2 win over No. 1 ladies and Fleet Ladies recorded their first victory - a 6-2 success against Legion Ladies.

St John’s enjoyed a 5-3 win over Rangers with V. McDonnell having a game of 24 darts. Elsewhere, Ballylumford and Thatch shared the points in 4-4 draw. No. 1 Eagles had a bye due to the Gers having to withdraw from the league due to the lack of players.

High scores: S. O’Toole (Legion Wings) 121; V. McDonnell (St John’s) 113.

The league’s individual competition takes place on Tuesday (Sept 23) and will be played in the Ballylumford Club. Players are reminded that the tournament begins at 7.30 pm.
