Juniors fight all the way to grab six points at Curran
The scores were all square at the half way mark and when the 15 end mark was reached the margin was still only two in favour of the Juniors.
But they got home in the final six ends.

This rink, having scored a six on end six, were always in command.

Hide AdThey were three ahead at 10 ends, and six up at 15 before finishing up by ten at the end.
Rink 2: M. McDowell, G. Beggs, S. Harrison, S. Malcomson.
This rink were always trailing in the early stages of the match.
They were three down at the half way stage and six down at the three quarter mark.
However they had a great last quarter to get home by two shots.
Rink 3: J. Dickson, I. Houston, H. Maxwell, T. Sudlow.

Hide AdHaving had a reasonable start but losing a five on end 10 to go one behind Rink 3 were always playing catch up in the second half.
Unfortunately for the locals they were three down at the 15th end before losing by seven.
Rink 4: T. Ogle, C. Davis, J. Black, and T. Wilson.
This rink was always in front. At the halfway stage their lead was a one shot advantage.
By the three quarter stage this rink had increased their lead to five before they returned a winning card of six.

Hide AdThis Saturday the Juniors will be away to First Ballymacarrett in the league.
Tomorrow (Wednesday) the seniors will be away to Bangor and on Saturday will be at home to Dundonald - both are league games.
In the N.I.B.A. rinks competition D. Graham, G. McDowell, A. Johnston and D. McCandless had a very good win to put them through to Carrick in the semi final.
