GAA: Slaughtneil advance to Ulster final clash with Omagh
In what was a low scoring contest the Emmet’s dominated proceedings and went in with a 0-5 to 0-3 at the break.
The decisive score in the game came not long after the interval when good work from Slaughtneil’s influential midfielder Patsy Bradley found Francis McEldowney.

McGuigan’s effort and the accuracy of Paul Bradley, who contributed 0-6, to the Derry side’s total saw them into the decider.
Clonibret were forced to rely on Conor McManus for scores but despite his accuracy from frees, he was well shackled by the Slaughtneil defence.
