David sweeps to victory at Gracehill
LAST week saw a good turnout at Gracehill despite the obvious competition from Sky's coverage of the Ryder Cup.
David Ussher, for one, was no doubt pleased that he forsook the armchair for a more vigourous morning and atfernoon's entertainment.

Hide AdPlaying off fifteen he played an excellent round to score 42 stableford points two ahead of Liam Davidson in second with Geordie Horner on third with 38 points. Aaron Patterson also scored 38 but his back nine pushed him into fourth.
Charlie Kearns was one back in 5th .
Darren Lamont took the gross prize with 35 points.
Twos went to S. Bell, D. Calvin, L. Davidson, S. Gage, C. Horner, and G.Horner. Saturday's competition was a two man scramble stroke competition and was won by the skillful combination of Alisair.Bustard and S.Gowland followed by Gordon Willis and James Halley. Next week 16 October sees the start of the Turkey and Hams.
