Warriors go down fighting

NORTH West Warriors lost by three wickets to Northern Knights in their RSA Interprovincial Championship encounter at Eglinton.

Despite taking two wickets this morning, the Warriors were unable to get the victory, with Knights’ duo Nathan Waller and James Shannon doing the damage, the Irish international continued his good form from Wednesday to finish with 49 runs, while Waller remained unbeaten on 37, as the Knights chased down the 158 target which the Warriors set them.
