UUP wants to strike blow for ratepayers
UUP representatives Jack Rankin and Edwin Stevenson appealed to the area's councillors to "work together" so that a zero rate can be achieved.
"The Ulster Unionist Party will be trying to achieve a zero rate on next year's rates. This can only happen if we work together," said Alderman Jack Rankin, "I would appeal to all councillors to work together to keep our rate lower than last year and aim for zero increase."
