Used mobile while he was driving
A 28-year-old man was fined £60 and given three points last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for using a mobile phone while driving on September 9, 2013.
Krisztian Szocsin, Avondale Manor, Craigavon, was also fined £75 for not wearing his seat belt.
Mr Gabriel Ingram, defending, said his client had neglected to put on his seat belt and this was a one-off.
