Par for agency workers

EMPLOYERS must ensure agency workers are paid the going rate after 12-weeks in the job or they may find themselves before a tribunal. Jobs Minister Dr Stephen Farry said the Agency Workers Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 mean agency workers should be paid the same rate of pay as a comparable worker after three months.
