Police are currently at the scene of a road traffic collision in the Ballycarry area.

A PSNI spokesperson said: “Motorists are advised that the Hillhead Road in Ballycarry is closed due to a serious road traffic collision.

“Diversions are in place at the junction of Main Street and Island Road; and at the Ballypollard Road junction with Bankhall Road.

“The road is expected to be closed for some time and motorists should seek alternative routes.”
