Threat to kill charge denied

Michael Loughlin, (20) Hillhead Close, Banbridge, will contest charges of criminal damage to effects of a female on October 11 last year, resisting a constable, assaulting the female occasioning her actual bodily harm and making a threat to kill. The case was adjourned until January 19.
