The former Dan Campbell’s pub building is to be sold.
The four story end-terrace building was previously sold at auction for £80,000, and the Times understands that a sale has now been agreed with a new buyer.
Director of Brian Todd’s estate agent Mark Clark said that the bar was being sold without an alcohol licence.
“The building was on the market for £150,000 and within a week it was snapped up,” he said.
“It is being bought by an individual who won’t be trading, I’m not sure what their plans for the building are,” he concluded.
