Sainsbury's talk for WI
PRESIDENT Helen Jamieson welcomed members and special guest Hazel Gallagher to the September meeing of Portstewart Women's Institute.
A representative from Sainsbury’s, Hazel gave a very interesting talk on healthy eating and brought along some samples of fruit and vegetables.
The president proposed a vote of thanks to the speaker.
The competition for a serving dish was won by Mary Faulkness.
The next meeting - the AGM - will be held on Wednesday, October 13.
