Recycle your old mobile phones and help UCF

DID you know that your old mobile phone could help raised vital funds for local people living with cancer?

There are thousands of unused phones across the borough which can be recycled into cash for the owner and for charity.

Joyce Savage, Head of Appeals and Marketing at UCF explained: “Nowadays with so many people using and regularly upgrading their mobile phone UCF, with the help of technology recycler ReTeKK and business partner Eazyfone, can benefit from your old mobile.

“Individuals and businesses that choose to recycle their mobile phone through ReTeKK will receive the full commercial value of the phone and UCF will receive a guaranteed donation of 5% of the value of the phone.

“Mobile phones can also be donated to us and the full commercial value of the phone as well as a 5% donation will be given to UCF.

“If you would like to recycle your old mobile phone please log on to www.ulstercancer.org, click ‘How can I help?’; ‘Make a donation’ and follow the quick and easy steps to turn your phone into cash.

Alternatively you can leave your old phone at the UCF shop at New Row in Coleraine, just opposite Tesco.
