£6.7m power bill
THE Western Trust (WHSCT) spent over £6.7m on electricity over the past three years.
Between 2007 and 2010 a total of £6,753,441 was spent by the Trust. The bill rose from £2,190,141 in 2007/8 to £2,444,879 in 2008/9 before falling back to £2,118,421 in 2009/10.
The expenditure was revealed by the Health Minister Michael McGimpsey in response to an Assembly Question.
