A Larne woman is celebrating after she successfully attained a Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) qualification.
Gwyneth Evans was presented with the CIPD Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management at a glittering awards evening held recently in Belfast’s Stormont Hotel.
Lynn Carson, Managing Director of DMS said: “It has been a pleasure to work with our candidates in the last 16 years and the success of the 89 individuals who have completed their CIPD qualification with DMS in the past year shows that we continue to add value to the HR/L&D profession throughout industry in Northern Ireland.”
DMS was supported by members of the local CIPD Northern Ireland branch as well as John McGurk, Head of CIPD for Scotland and Northern Ireland, who presented candidates with their certificates.
“It’s my great pleasure to commend and celebrate the achievements of DMS Candidates in achieving CIPD Qualifications,” John added.
“Your achievement is one to be proud of.”
The awards evening was an opportunity for DMS to announce approval to offer the learning and development qualifications at foundation and intermediate level.
Lynn added: “CIPD have introduced new contemporary learning and development qualifications to provide knowledge and understanding of the latest thinking in L&D, essential skills and to be more effective at work and add value to your L&D function.
“As a centre we are in a fantastic position to offer the full suite of CIPD qualifications at all levels with flexibility and choice, starting all year round.”
