A Coleraine bar will be auctioned by commercial agents, Osborne King, at the Holiday Inn, Ormeau Avenue, Belfast this Thursday.

Up for sale is the Waterside Off-Licence and Porterhouse Pub at 10-12 Waterside Street, Coleraine.

This pair of three-storey properties complete with a three-bedroom apartment has a maximum reserve price of £150,000. Consideration will be given to selling each property as a separate entity.

The company’s auction list features 17 lots representing a broad mix of commercial and residential property across Northern Ireland with maximum reserve prices starting at £8,000 and rising to £250,000.
