Police warn drivers to take care as hailstones cause collisions on A8
The PSNI are warning drivers to take care after a number of weather-related collisions on the A8 this morning.
Posting on Facebook, a PSNI spokesperson said: “Folks there is some freak weather affecting traffic on the A8 Dual Carriageway between Colemans Roundabout and Larne.
“Hailstones are causing chaos and a number of collisions have already occurred.
“Please slow down and increase the distance between you and the vehicle In front.
“Police are on the scene, please be patient and follow any instructions from our officer.”
