Plans for Timber Quay medical practice
AN application has been lodged to develop a medical practice in a prominent apartment block near Londonderry city centre.
The application is to change the use of Units 3 and 4 at Timber Quay on the Strand Road from retail to D1 medical examination (non-invasive).
The plans have been lodged for the units on the main Strand Road arterial route adjacent to the local council offices.
