Annual walk for Cancer Focus raises £913
On Saturday, July 28 we held our annual 10-mile sponsored walk from Cushendall to Carnlough in aid of Cancer Focus NI and a street collection.
We were delighted at the huge turnout and are pleased to inform all those who walked, donated or did both that the magnificent sum of £913.07 was raised on the street collection. On behalf of ourselves and Cancer Focus NI we would like to sincerely thank you all.
We would also like to thank the PSNI Glenarm, Denise from the Carnlough Lions, Mary McAuley, Jimmy O’Neill, Paddy and Margaret Diamond, Jim Baxter, John Forsyth, Joe Cunning, Sammy Dingo and John and Eileen Davison for their time and effort. It is very much appreciated.
