O'Loan is made Honorary Consul
NORTH Antrim MLA, Declan O'Loan has been made Honorary Consul of Romania following the creation of an Honorary Consulate in the province by the Romanian Government.
He will be formally installed in that role mid-March when the Ambassador of Romania to the UK, Dr Ion Jinga, will be in Northern Ireland to also participate in the opening ceremony of the Honorary Consulate and attend a number of high level meetings with Executive Ministers, members of the local Romanian community and others.
