New term at piping and drumming
Northern Ireland Piping and Drumming School (NIPDS) restart their new term on Saturday October 3 at Laurelhill Community College.
New students are very welcome and our teaching programme includes Piping, Snare Drumming, Theory of Music, Bass & Tenor Drumming, Highland Dancing and Drum-majors. The 2015-16 Master Class Programme will be released in coming months.
Enrolment for the new term will take place from 9:30am and new students will be assessed and placed in the grade (theory and practical) appropriate to their current level of knowledge and technical skills. Returning students will continue with their normal classes. Classes run from 10:00 until 12:30 with a break between theory, practical and ensemble classes for refreshments.
