Man pleads guilty to '˜lewd and obscence' exposure charges

Karol Zimnicki, of Parkmore, Craigavon, appeared on Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.

He faces five charges of committing a lewd, obscene and disgusting nature by exposing his person to five females.

Zimnicki is also accused of five offences of intentionally exposing his genitals to five females on the same date.

Zimnicki is further charged with driving while having excess alcohol in his breath.

This charge relates to an alleged offence at William Street in Lurgan on May 28.

A defence barrister representing Zimnicki told the court that the defendant would be pleading guilty to all the offences.

Sentencing in the case was adjourned last Friday until November 18 in order for a pre-sentence report on the defendant to be prepared.
