Macmillan coffee morning at Library
Banbridge Library is hoping to help a cancer charity raise a massive £15m and needs library users to their bit – by drinking coffee!
The library is one of 45 across Northern ireland hosting the ‘World’s Biggest Coffee Morning’ on September 27 to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Irene Knox, Chief Executive, Libraries NI said: “Working alongside people affected by cancer, Macmillan seeks to improve cancer care. Libraries NI is pleased to support this important work undertaken by Macmillan. We hope our customers will call into any of these participating local libraries and enjoy taking part in the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning for this most worthwhile cause.”
