'Johnny Cash' Forum tribute

ON Sunday, April 4 the Millennium Forum in Londonderry will pay homage to the life and music of the legendary Johnny Cash courtesy of Roger Dean and his show The Johnny Cash Story.

Roger Dean rose to fame following his BBC television debut at the age of 14 and he secured his first of many radio broadcasts soon after performing the music of Johnny Cash, so who better to recreate the magic of the world’s most loved outlaw.

When asked to describe his show Dean explains that “rather than attempting to mimic the great Johnny Cash, myself and my band have developed our own style over the years treating audiences to a slick, tried and tested show which has taken in some of the biggest cities in the world”.
