A unique human resources package is now available to the Quarry Products Association NI (QPANI), after the organisation teamed up with ChainHR.
The QPANI represents around 95 per cent of the companies who are involved in the supply of quarry products to the construction industry.
This is a growing employment area, with now over 4,200 people being employed in the quarry products sector across Northern Ireland.
ChainHR has already developed an excellent track record within the quarry product sector in relation to bespoke HR solutions. This includes the recruitment of temporary and permanent staff. Through this strategic alliance they will continue to develop recruitment and best practice HR in the industry.
Gordon Best, QPANI Regional Director said: “We are delighted to extend our excellent service to members by teaming up with ChainHR. In today’s business environment companies are faced with the daily challenge of keeping their businesses sustainable, winning orders, delivering quality products and services at the right price and on time. I firmly believe the only way to achieve this is by having the proper recruitment and human resources expertise behind you.”
Linzi Conway, ChainHR Business Development Manager said: “It is great news for ChainHR to continue to develop our footprint within the quarry industry in Northern Ireland to help ensure best practice HR standards and training.”
