Glenarm Community Pre-School has won a gold star from the Department of Education’s inspectorate.
Rated as “very good” following a recent inspection, the pre-school this year celebrates its 30th anniversary.
The inspectors remarked that “thoughtful” organisation of the daily timetable “ensures a good balance between free play and activities organised by the staff”. They also felt that the adult interactions with the children were “consistently of a high quality”.
Glenarm Community Pre-School has established itself as an integral part of the community and currently has places available for children aged from two years 10 months up to four-year-olds. The next open day is on Friday, January 4 at 12.30pm.
