Fireworks aimed at passing cars and houses in Moneymore
Houses and passing motorists have been the target of fireworks attacks in the Moneymore area, police have said.
In a statement on their Facebook page - the PSNI said: “Police have received a number of reports from residents and motorists in the Moneymore area each night this week regarding youths throwing fireworks at houses and passing traffic.
“On Wednesday night LPT officers conducted a beat patrol of Rockview / Northland Road area and located some fireworks.
“These were seized and will be destroyed.”
