Easter in Ahoghill and Portglenone Parishes

EASTER will certainly be a very busy time in the Anglican Parishes of Ahoghill and Portglenone.

Details of events planned for Holy Week are as follows:

Tuesday, March 26 8pm - 12am Half Night of Prayer, starting with a time of praise at 8pm and finishing with Compline at 11.40, St Colmanell’s Church, Ahoghill.

Wednesday, March 27, 10.30 am Holy Communion and Healing, St Colmanell’s Church, Ahoghill.

Thursday, March 28, 7.30 pm Agape Supper in Portglenone Parish Centre.

Friday, March 29, 10.30am - 12.30pm Messy Church - a morning of crafts, activities, games, singing and Bible Stories for children and their family, based on the Easter Story in St Colmanell’s Church Hall.

Friday, March 29, 7.30 pm Good Friday Service in St Colmanell’s Church, Theme: “The Seven last words”.

Sunday, March 31, 10am Family Easter Service in Portglenone with Communion, 11.30am Family Easter Communion in St Colmanell’s Ahoghill, 5.30 pm Easter Praise Service in Portglenone followed by refreshments.
