Three arrested after Ballymena drugs searches

As part of continued efforts to disrupt the sale and supply of illegal drugs a number of houses in Ballymena were searched. A small amount of cannabis resin, prescription drugs and drug related paraphernalia was recovered.

Two men aged 32 and 35 and a woman aged 23 were arrested. The 32 year old man and 23 year old woman were subsequently released pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service and the 35 year man was released on police bail pending further enquiries.
