Suspicious activity
Police have received a number of reports of a people attempting to gain access to vehicles in the Upper Galliagh, Ballyarnet and Glenabbey areas in recent days.
A number of cars were entered and personal items stolen. A number of sheds have also been broken into and items stolen.
Police believe more homes and vehicles may have been targeted but the incidents have not been reported. Police are asking anyone who may have had their property broken into to contact Strand Road station.
Also, if anyone notices any suspicious activity in their area they should call Police immediately as it may prevent a crime from taking place. If you think it’s suspicious, call Police.
