A COV2 notice amounts to a ‘warning’ for the purposes of stopping a person from continuing to breach the regulations.

The notices are broken into two types, covering commercial premises and private dwellings.

Meanwhile, a total of seven people have been ordered to pay a failure to isolate fine (COV 3) fine of £1000 in Mid and East Antrim during the same period, with three in Antrim and Newtownabbey.

The figures, covering March 2020 up to May 10, 2021, are included in a summary of Covid enforcement statistics released weekly by the PSNI.
