Criminal damage charge withdrawn at Londonderry Magistrates Court
A man accused of causing criminal damage to property had the charge against him withdrawn at Londonderry Magistrates Court.
He was Justin McCabe (42), of 11 Longtower Court, who was accused of damaging a window belonging to Julie Ann Campbell on September 7, 2007,or being reckless as to whether damage was caused.
