Conway’s shop shuts its doors

A LONG-RUNNING Cookstown supermarket closed this week.

The shutters were down on Conways Costcutters on Monday, with signs on the window explaining the shop had closed.

The sign read, “Due to circumstances beyond our control we have been forced to cease trading.”

Conway’s has been a family-run business in Cookstown for more than 30 years. No-one was available when the Mail tried to contact the store.
