Cannabis factory is found in Areema Drive
This time the cannabis factory was found in Dunmurry on Wednesday morning with plants which had an initial estimated value of £25,000.
It was discovered by officers carrying out a search at a property in Areema Drive under the Misuse of Drugs Act. Cultivating equipment and other drugs paraphernalia were also found.

Hide AdPolice say that following the operation a 30 year old man has been charged with cultivation and possession of Class B controlled drug and possession with intent to supply.
He is due to appear at Lisburn Magistrates Court on Monday, 13th February.
Last week, another cannabis factory was uncovered at Hollytree Cottages in Derriaghy by officers who had gone to the area about another matter but became suspicious of the smell coming from the premises.
In November the Area Commander Darrin Jones praised a man who helped police uncover £200,000 worth of drugs in an unused premises in Antrim Street in the city centre.

Hide AdThe man had noticed heat lamps and plants inside the property and thought it suspicious and brought his concerns to the police.
When local officers investigated they confirmed the presence of a large cannabis factory.
