Carrick College pupil is Corry’s leading man
A CARRICK College pupil took centre stage at Theatre at The Mill in Newtownabbey on Saturday evening (August 11) - the final night of the week-long run of the hit musical ‘The Producers’.
The sold out show, directed by West End star Peter Corry, starred college student Aaron Kavanagh, alongside his fellow members of the Summer Youth Musical Group.
Aaron played the lead role of Max Bialystock and received a standing ovation for his stunning performance.

Hide AdPupils and teachers from the college were there to support Aaron and were overwhelmed by the talent on display.
After the show, Peter Corry told Aaron’s teachers that he would encourage Aaron to pursue a career in the theatre - quite a seal of approval for a rising star of the stage.
