Calling all events organisers in the Moyle Area

It’s the time of year again when Moyle District Council’s Tourism team are compiling information for the ‘What’s on in Moyle’ guide for 2013. The What’s On guide is emailed to all trade on a regular basis, listed on our website, a booklet is produced in-house for distribution through our Tourism Information Centre and relevant events will be shared on our social media channels, Facebook and Twitter accounts.

Our top events for this year already include a wide range of exciting and varied activities from May onwards including the exciting new Rathlin Sound Maritime Festival as well as the County Antrim Fleadh both in May, the Walk the Glens Festival in early June and the exhilarating Armoy Road Races in July.

August brings the Heart of the Glens Festival, the Marconi Festival and the traditional Auld Lammas Fair. Autumn is busy with the popular Giant’s Causeway Cycling Sportive and the Bushmills Salmon and Whiskey Festival and during October we have the Ghosts in the Glens and the Halloween Parade and Fireworks.
