Dennison Commercials wins top Volvo awards

Ballyclare-based Volvo truck and bus dealer, Dennison Commercials, has been presented with three prestigious awards by Volvo Truck & Bus UK.

At the 2011 and 2012 Volvo dealer awards, Dennisons was awarded Volvo UK & Ireland ‘Dealer of the Year’ - the only dealer ever to have achieved the title two years consecutively. And at the awards for 2013, which took place recently, Dennisons achieved the coveted ‘Franchise Excellence’ award, along with two others - ‘Aftersales Excellence’ and ‘Volvo Action Service Dealer of the Year’.

The Franchise Excellence award recognised Dennisons for their dealer operating standards, encompassing customer satisfaction, fulfilment of the Volvo ‘Customer Commitments’ and high MOT pass rates.

The achievement of the Aftersales Excellence award was based on the Hillhead Road firm’s ability to exceed expectations as a Volvo franchise holder.

The Ballyclare dealerpoint also picked up the ‘Volvo Action Service Dealer of the Year’ title for maintaining the highest standards of service regarding job acceptance, responsiveness and repair time.

John Jenkins, Managing Director of Dennison Commercials, said: “It is with great pride that Dennisons has accepted these awards.
