Join Belfast Operatic for the Greatest Show

The award-winning Belfast Operatic Company are taking to the stage of the Mac for an evening of musical movie magic, celebrating the music from the hit film The Greatest Showman, as well as iconic movie musicals such as Moulin Rouge, Bohemian Rhapsody, La La Land, and TV Series Smash.

Calling all budding young filmmakers

Cinemagic, with support from Hagan Homes and Arts & Business Northern Ireland will give 24 young people from Northern Ireland, aged 16-18, the chance to produce two short films in March and May this year as part of a new programme to develop film-making skills.

Theatre searches for stars of hit musical Paperboy

Following the huge success of the musical adaptation of Tony Macaulay’s internationally acclaimed memoir Paperboy, which took place last summer at Lyric Theatre Belfast, British Youth Music Theatre (BYMT), the leading music theatre company for young people, is set to bring the musical back in 2019 and is searching for the next big musical stars to take part.
