Larne striker Guillaume Keke has been named as Championship Player of the Month for October by the Northern Ireland Football Writers’ Association (NIFWA).
The Cliftonville loanee scored six goals last month - including a hat-trick against Donegal Celtic - to take his season’s tally to 11 goals in 10 appearances.
Larne manager Davy McAlinden picked up the award on Guillaume’s behalf.
“Guillame has settled in well at the club. We are playing to his strengths and he’s done very well,” McAlinden told the Times.
“Not only has he been scoring goals, he’s been scoring good goals, which will help his confidence.”
