THANKS FROM LARNE YOUTH SUMMER MINI SOCCER 2008
Larne Youth Summer Mini Soccer has now finished for 2008 and although once again we had a very successful summer this years weather was one of the worst since the Summer Soccer started in 1996. Larne Youth would to take this opportunity to thank those that were involved, St John’s Ambulance for their expert help and assistance, Larne Borough Council, the council workers on the ground, those that set goals out on Saturday mornings and last but not least the volunteers who supervised pitches each week thus allowing the children to enjoy their football.
Larne Youth will shortly move the Mini Soccer to an indoor venue over the winter months and details of this will be published in the press the next few weeks.
LARNE YOUTH WINTER
MINI SOCCER
Larne Youth will once again be running their Winter Mini Soccer. The soccer is open to all children boys and girls aged 5, 6 and 7 and is available from Tuesday 9th September 2008, and each Tuesday thereafter from 6pm to 7pm at St Comgall’s High School gym. Cost is £2.00 per child per week.
In all of this the emphasis will be on fun and football for all, no matter what the ability.
